Do You Need a Buyer's Agent?

If you have not already read Working with Real Estate Agents, We strongly encourage you to do so now. You may be a first-time homebuyer, or you may be a seasoned veteran, but chances are you do not know everything there is to know about the process. Well, neither do we. However, if we do not know the answer in a particular situation, we usually know where to find the answer. Would you go into court without representation? Then you should not go into a transaction of such magnitude without representation. A good buyer's agent will operate as an extension of you, working in your best interest, to find the property you desire and help to negotiate the best deal possible for you. After all, we do this every day. While nothing is routine, the experience of each transaction is invaluable and cumlative.

If you are even considering purchasing a home, I suggest you now read "What to Expect When Working with a Lender." After you have become pre-qualified by a lender, please contact us to discuss your needs and desires in a home. Until then, feel free to utilize the search functions on this site to see listings from Winston-Salem to Raleigh and beyond.
